  • Customers have 14 days from the date they purchased their order to exchange or return.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Please call in store if you wish to enquire about other sizes of a product before you purchase.
  • All items must be returned new, unused and with our Dayrooms garment tags attached. (All goods will be inspected on return.)
  • If customers live locally then products can be returned in person at the store.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (takes up to 28 working days).
  • If you’re returning something then make sure you return it in a secure package and with a tracking number – we can’t refund you if we don’t receive the item or if it comes back damaged.
  • If items are returned in an unsuitable condition we may have to return it to you without a refund.
  • Lingerie & Swimwear: briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective plastic strips.
  • Beauty: skincare, cosmetics and haircare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise they will not be accepted.
